“AGBU” Business Center

The installation of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at the “AGBU” center put forward all the modern requirements for achieving a comfortable indoor temperature. It also presented the complex challenge of fitting engineering equipment within a limited space. The professional staff of “CARE BUILDING SERVICES” LLC was able to find solutions to these problems, as well as integrate all engineering infrastructures from various manufacturers into the “Computrols” building management system. The entire heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system can be managed and monitored from any computer via the internet. In addition, we used insulation panels to manufacture the air ducts. This solution not only reduced installation time but also saved the client’s financial resources. Air ducts made from insulation panels are so aesthetic that the ceiling can simply be painted, avoiding the need to construct a suspended ceiling.
