Avetisyan High School
About the Project
The construction of Avetisyan School is one of the primary and largest projects implemented by our company. It demonstrates the core characteristics of CARE BUILDING SERVICES LLC’s work style.
- In accordance with the contract, the project was completed within 23 months, which is a very short timeframe for completing such a large-scale project in Armenian construction practice.
- All engineering and primary construction works were performed in-house, without the involvement of subcontractors.
- Construction was carried out under severe weather conditions; prompt solutions were provided for all potential obstacles, and a high level of site safety was maintained throughout the entire construction process.
- The building features advanced technological solutions. On December 9, 2014, we applied for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. This is the first LEED-certified building in the region.
