NCDC Laboratory in Vanadzor
About the Project
“Care Building Services” LLC has completed another of its significant regional projects: the construction of the NCDC laboratory in Vanadzor. We completed all works on schedule, satisfying our partner, CH2M.
We have previously collaborated with CH2M as one of the subcontractors for their construction projects. However, based on our company’s professionalism, work ethic, and approach, CH2M contracted exclusively with “Care Building Services” LLC to carry out the construction of the Vanadzor NCDC laboratory, without involving other subcontractors. The following works were carried out as part of the project:
- Concrete works
- Installation of engineering networks, security, and video surveillance systems
- Interior finishing works
- Installation of water supply and drainage systems
- Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
