NCDC Boiler House Building

This order seemed quite simple, but the special safety requirements related to delicate work with asbestos, its transportation, and disposal complicated the process. In addition, the strict schedule and the client’s request to demolish the building without damaging the equipment inside presented certain challenges.

The project included:

• Demolition and removal of the asbestos roof
• Dismantling of old equipment
• Demolition of the existing old structure
• Relocation of underground cables
