“Care Building Services” LLC once again cooperated with its long-term partner American University of Armenia. In 2023 we completed the construction and internal finishing works of AUA “Najarian Center for Social Entrepreneurship”. Within the framework of the project the following works were performed:

• Addition of the 4th floor and the basement
• Dismantling and earthworks
• Monolithic reinforced concrete structures
• Repair works
• Installation of evacuation stairs
• Exterior and interior stained glass installation works
