“Care Building Services” LLC and American University of Armenia are long term partners. In 2014 a contract was signed for internal finishing works. The renovated area was about 130m², and the elevator shafts were about 300m2. All the works were completed according to the quality and standards required by our customer.

In the scope of the project the following works were implemented:

• Removing of old wood panel wall covering
• Preparing the metal structure for the elevators
• Reinforcing the old concrete walls
• Renovation of the elevator waiting areas.
