Avedisian High School project is one of the most important and the biggest projects completed by our company. It showcases our company’s main features, such as:

CAPABILITY – the project was completed in 23 months, within the deadlines mentioned in the contract. It is a very short timeline for such projects, taking into consideration the commonly accepted practice of Armenian construction companies
VERSATILITY – all the major engineering and structural works were implemented by our workers and no subcontractors were involved
RELIABILITY – we carried the construction under severe weather conditions, gave quick solutions to any problem that could halt the process and maintained the high level of on-site safety during the entire period
PROFESSIONALISM – the building is packed with many advanced technological solutions. We applied for LEED certificate on December 9th, 2014. This will be the first LEED certified building in the region.
